Yes. Nassau Suite Hotel has a private rooftop swimming pool for hotel guests. The rooftop terrace also features a hot tub/spa, sunbeds and lounge areas, creating a relaxing outdoor space above South Beach.
The rooftop terrace includes a hot tub/Jacuzzi-style spa area next to the swimming pool. It is part of the guest-only rooftop experience and does not require payment of a resort fee.
No. The rooftop pool and terrace are reserved exclusively for registered hotel guests. Maintaining the privacy, comfort and exclusivity of these spaces is an important part of the Nassau experience, so outside visitors who are not registered at the hotel may not use the rooftop pool or terrace.
Yes. Nassau Suite Hotel has a fitness center located on the rooftop level. Access is complimentary for registered hotel guests.
Yes. The hotel’s New London Meeting Room is an intimate private space suitable for business meetings, corporate retreats, small gatherings and private events. It can accommodate up to approximately 20 guests, and food and beverage service can be provided through Blue Lavender Cafe.

No. Nassau Suite Hotel does not charge a resort fee or mandatory amenity fee. Access to hotel amenities such as the rooftop pool and spa, fitness center, Wi-Fi and complimentary beach chairs and towels is included for hotel guests.
We believe guests should be able to understand the cost of their stay when they book. Applicable taxes and any optional services selected by the guest are disclosed separately.
No. Nassau Suite Hotel does not add a hidden resort, destination or mandatory amenity fee to the room rate. Optional services that involve an additional charge, such as valet parking, are separate and can be accepted or declined by the guest.
A temporary credit-card authorization for incidentals may also be required at check-in; this is not a resort fee or additional room charge.
Valet parking is available for guests who arrive by car. Parking is an optional service and is separate from the room rate.
Because Nassau is centrally located in South Beach, many guests also find that restaurants, the beach, shopping and entertainment can be reached on foot.
The hotel does not operate its own airport shuttle or transportation service. However, our team will be happy to help you identify or coordinate the transportation option that best fits your needs, schedule and budget, whether you prefer a taxi, rideshare, private transfer or another alternative.
Yes. We will be happy to hold your luggage before check-in or after check-out so you can make the most of your travel day.
If your room is not yet ready when you arrive – or if you have time before your departure after checking out – our team can store your luggage while you enjoy South Beach.
Yes. We are happy to receive packages for registered incoming guests and hold them securely until arrival.
To help us identify your package correctly, please make sure the recipient name on the shipment matches the name used on your hotel reservation. If possible, we also recommend including your arrival date.
For the security of our guests, only individuals listed on the reservation may check in.
If someone else needs to check in on behalf of the reservation holder, the reservation holder must contact the hotel in advance and provide express authorization. Additional guest charges may apply if the number of occupants changes.
